1.	How much ozone does it produce?
	It produces 0.001ppm or less, which is less than 1/100 of the safety standard established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. No worries at all!

2.	Do I need to purchase any consumables on a regular basis?
	No, you do not.

3.	How can I take care of it?
	You just clean the ionizing needles with a swab when they become dirty. Worn-out ionizing needles can lower the performance.

4.	How often do I have to clean ionizing needles?
	We suggest once every 3-4 months.

5.	How long is the life span?
	We guarantee 5 years+. The ionizing needles determine the life span.

6.	Does it consume a lot of electricity?
	Its power consumption is only 6W or less.

7.	Where should I install it?
	It should be located at least 1m/20cm away from the floor/wall to ensure the maximum performance. This is because negative ions can be absorbed by the floor/wall.

8.	It doesn't turn on. What should I do?
	You have to check if the cover is firmly attached to the body because the safety circuit is activated when the cover is opened.

9.	Can I continue to use it after the life span of 5 years?
	Yes, you can if negative ions can be detected by the ion detector. If not detected, you need to send us the Ion House for replacement of the worn-out ionizing needles. It costs approx. US$114.

10.	Can you tell me about the replacement work for worn-out ionizing needles?
	We can replace the needles at approx. US$114 including shipping. Shipping your Ion House to us is at your own expense. Please contact us when replacement work is needed. We complete the replacement work and ship to you within 3 days of receipt of the Ion House.

11.	The Ion House generates more negative ions than other generators on the market. Doesn't it have a negative effect on the human body?
	No study suggests that a large amount of negative ions have a negative impact on the human body.

12.	Can I hang it on the wall?
	It is not recommended as the wall can get dirty and because negative ions can be absorbed by the wall.

13.	How does it work in a smaller room than 40m2 (430 ft2)?
	You can enjoy the highly concentrated negative ion density in a smaller room. This is why we recommend the Ion House even if your room is smaller than 40m2 (430 ft2).

14.	Do you accept an installment payment?

16.	I found a negative ion generator on the internet which generates 2trillion (pcs/sec) negative ions, while 8.5million (pcs/cc) can be detected at 0.3/50cm away from the Ion House. How can I compare the performance of these two models?
	You cannot compare the 2 products because (pcs/cc) and (pcs/sec) show you the number of negative ion molecules per unit volume and the total ion molecules generated per second, respectively. (pcs/cc) is more commonly used in the industry as you find on other websites. For your reference, some products generate millions and trillions of negative ions but no ion molecule can be detected at a distance of 1m away. The number of negative ions detected at a distance away from the generator is more important than that of generated by the generator. Therefore, you have to compare the negative ion counts at the same distance away.
