I felt a little motion sickness on the 1st day, and I regretted having bought it. I started to feel better from the 2nd day. I felt little pain on the 4th day. The stiffness has not completely gone away, but the neck feels much lighter than before. It is expensive, but I made a good purchase because the symptoms have greatly improved.
