"Saggy crepey skin under the eyes no longer annoys me. "

I am happy because: Saggy crepey skin annoyed me. Recently, it got worse. I place a wet towel and wait 5 minutes the day after I take a lot of water. Otherwise, I cannot open the eyes wide. The double eyelids make the symptoms worse. It annoyed me. I hated seeing my face in the mirror.

I googled, reached your website and found several products. I purchased this product along with the Biseki EX Cream. The quality of this cream is higher and it works better. It spreads well. It does not stick to the skin. It works better when I apply it after placing a wet towel on the face. It has no odor. It works well. Using is believing!

The saggy crepey skin under the eyes no longer annoys me. Thank you for providing product info when I called you. Actually, I was wondering how it would work and needed more info. You will find beneficial effects if you continue to use this product.

"Pain in the right arm and shoulders has eased. I no longer need to wear a supporter when I work/exercise. "

I injured my right arm and shoulders about a year and a half ago. I felt pain and woke up whenever I tossed about in bed before I started to use this flow cream. I now occasionally feel pain. I no longer need to wear a supporter when I work/exercise. Thank you for this great product. I have tried other products but they only helped to improve the symptoms temporarily. I will continue this treatment until the symptoms disappear.

I am happy because: I felt stiffness in the face. I found this flow cream when I was searching for a remedy. I started to do massage after bathing every night. The symptoms have improved and the face has been lifted. I look more friendly! I alternatively use this product and the EX Cream which I purchased before. The skin condition is good.

I cannot stick to anything but I have been doing this treatment since then. This is because I can see the actual effect. Of course, I will continue it. Thank you.

"My legs and right hand swelled up due to a side effect of medication. The swelling has eased. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I tried Biseki EX cream 30/80g. The cream did not work for stiffness/swelling. I decided to try this flow cream as I found it in your brochure even though I was not sure if it would work or not.

I am happy because: The right side of my body was paralyzed. I had stiffness on the left shoulder to the scapula. The symptoms have eased. My legs and right hand swelled up due to a side effect of medication for prostate cancer. The swelling has eased. I have poor blood circulation in my fingers. I hope it will improve.

I am happy because: I am happy with Biseki cosmetic products. I have been using lotion, essence, cream and so on. I find a beneficial effect earlier than when I use other cosmetic products supplied by other companies. It works for dark spots, wrinkles and sallow skin dullness. I purchased a 100g tourmaline Biseki flow cream pot for the first time. The tourmaline Biseki EX cream is great but this flow cream is better for me as the skin texture improves more.

"It softened some lumps on my mom's shoulder and reduced pain on that area."

The cream has soften some lumps on my mom's shoulder, at the moment the pain on that area has reduced and the lump is now a bit smaller than before.

I am happy because: I am still using a heavy bag which I got when I was young for shopping/travelling. I had had terrible stiffness in the nape of the neck for more than 30 years. Rubbing the area made me feel pain. It was hard to turn around. I had massage, medical treatment at an orthopedic clinic and applied a plaster but none worked. I thought the symptoms would continue forever.

I googled to do research on the tourmaline Biseki flow cream as I had found positive reviews written by orthopedic patients before. I learnt the cream penetrates deeply into muscles, removes body wastes to improve lymphatic circulation. I started to rub it along the nape every morning/evening. The pain suddenly started to ease and the neck started to move freely in 5 days. After that, I applied it about once a week when I had stiffness. The symptoms completely went away in a month.

I am now using it to prevent knee pain and help remove dark spots and wrinkles on my face. Actually, many of my friends have pain in their knees.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results your Tourmaline Biseki Flow Cream is having on my face and neck. I am 72 years old living in Australia where everyone has wrinkles from the sun. I have had many comments from friends and family on how well and unwrinkled I look - as much as 10 years younger and I have not been using it for very long at all.

I find my skin smoother, clearer, with the blemishes (age spots) gradually fading, and the fine lines have almost gone. Most impressively, the deeper lines seem to have lifted up which I think contributes most to the younger look.

I'm so glad I found it and really happy I bought it and although it's quite expensive to buy at first, it really goes a long way. I bought the 100g size and think it will work out the same cost as several pots of a cheaper, inferior cream.

I am happy because: Honestly, I was skeptical when I read reviews but I decided to try this product. I got a sprain 7 years ago. I still have pain. I keep standing all day long during the business hours. I often have foot pain when I finish work because it puts pressure on the feet. The pain greatly eases and the feet feel lighter after applying this cream. It is more comfortable to work.

I am not happy because: I would be glad if it were more affordable.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have known tourmaline effects for about 20 years. I have been using tourmaline underwear, blankets, supporters and stones. I used to purchase this product from another company. However, I became unable to get it as they have gone out of business. I found your website when I was searching for this cream.

I am happy because: I have been using this cream for facial care. It spreads well and it does not stick to the skin. I find the skin condition is good when I wash the face in the morning. I have been doing lymphatic massage as my second job. I purchased this large bottle for business use because I was going to use it after the lymphatic treatment. Thank you for including the free Biseki lotion. I will order other Biseki products.

Other comments: I would be happier if you offered trial packages for e.g. lotion, BB cream.
