"I have not found an effect yet but I will continue to use it. "

I found this product on the internet by chance and ordered it. I have not found a tourmaline effect yet. I was diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris about 10 years ago and I still go to a dermatologist on a regular basis. I will continue to use it.

"Red spots caused by psoriasis have faded!"

I am happy because: I have been using this product for about a month. My skin is smoother. I have had psoriasis for more than 10 years. I am happy because the symptoms are gradually improving. Red spots have faded. I think this skin problem is caused by diet and stress. I know it depends on the person/symptoms but I will recommend this product to someone who has psoriasis.

Other comments: Should I dry under the sun more often than once a week when the weather is good?

"The pimples have faded and the skin is now smoother and clearer!"

Reason(s) why I purchased this product: Pimples often appeared on my skin when the season changed or when I was tired. I did not want to apply an ointment or take medication. I was searching for treatment which I could do at home. I heard tourmaline might work and found many shops carrying tourmaline products on the internet. I decided to purchase from you because you reply to feedback, give some advice and listen to what customers want (e.g. packing) in order to make them happier. Yes, my order was packed nicely.

Effect(s) of the product: More pimples appear during the first three days and then they started to fade. I think toxic substances were released out of the body during that period. The skin is now smoother and clearer than before. I put the stones into not only a bathtub but also a kettle and plastic bottle to enjoy tourmaline water and tasty coffee and cocktail. The tourmaline water does not smell like chlorine. My family members did not believe the water had been made from tap water. The cocktail is so nice that I have to be careful not to drink too much. :-) I will continue to use this product.

I have not found a tourmaline effect yet. I put tourmaline stones into an electric kettle and bathtub. They have been staying there since then. I am wondering how long it will take to find an effect??

"Tap water becomes mild and tasty!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product as it is used not only for tourmaline bathing but also for treatment of psoriasis. I found many other shops carrying tourmaline products but decided to purchase from you. I can use the stones almost forever. Tap water becomes mild and tasty. Tourmaline bathing makes my body warm even though the temperature is not so high. I do not need to go to hotspring. I do not need to buy bottled water.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable. I understand that this is because the quality is high. It would be more convenient if detailed instructions on how to use the stones were provided. e.g. how long it will take before tourmaline drinking water gets ready, etc

Other comments: Thank you for the sample small tourmaline stones. I use them for drinking water.

"I put the stones into the bathtub. Pores are cleaned and less hair falls!"

I purchased a tourmaline e-ring long a few years ago. The ring enabled me to relax and sleep better. I purchased tourmaline stones this time. I put the stones into the bathtub. Pores on my skin are cleaned and less hair falls. I use tourmaline water left in the bathtub to wash my pet. Her hair becomes so smooth. The stones make drinking water mild. Swelling of my body has gone down as I go to the bathroom more often than before.

"Red spots caused by psoriasis have faded and the skin feels less itchy!"

I purchased this product for treatment of psoriasis. I first ordered 1kg and then another 1kg because I was sure it would work and I wanted to use it for other purposes. Red spots caused by psoriasis have faded. The skin feels less itchy. My mother has electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS). Negative ions make her feel better. We will continue to use it.

"Dry skin is moisturized. Cracks on the fingertips have been treated!"

I purchased this product for my son's dry skin and my psoriasis vulgaris. My symptoms have not improved but his dry skin is moisturized and cracks on the fingertips have been treated.

"I am impressed as limescale in the bathtub is removed!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product for skin care purposes. I tried putting some stones into the bathtub. I am impressed as limescale is removed. I have not found an effect on the skin because I have just started to use it. I hope pimples will disappear. I will let you know if I found a beneficial effect. My body feels mild. I am wondering if it is a tourmaline effect??

Other comments: I have eczema as well as pimples. I hope it will work for the dry and oily skin.
