"I apply it around the knees and collarbones. I felt warm when I applied it for the first time. It is comfortable to apply it. "It was hard to walk as knee pain had got worse. I can run up/down stairs as the pain has almost gone away. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website when I googled "knee pain". I read reviews and thought it would be good. I am happy because: I am a nurse. I have been wearing a supporter for a few years as I have had pain in the right knee. The pain got worse a few month ago and it was hard to walk. I could not help but cry as I thought the symptoms would get worse and worse. I found the Biseki EX cream when I was searching for a remedy on the internet. I started to apply the cream and do massage every morning and night. The pain started to ease gradually. I now do this treatment at night only as I am busy in the morning. I can run up/down stairs as the pain has almost gone away. It only took half a month. I am happy because I can trot when I am busy at work. I fell and hit the right half of the face last winter. The pain stayed around the temple. I also suffered from neck stiffness and headaches. The symptoms have greatly eased since I started to apply this Biseki EX cream. I look brighter than before! I am so happy with this product. Thank you. "The face has been lifted and neck stiffness has gone. I am amazed! " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found a small pot on your website. I am happy because: I was using the EX cream only. I started to use it along with the Biseki lotion as I learnt that it would produce a detoxification effect. I am amazed at detoxification and lift up effects. The face is like after having massage at a chiropractic clinic. I apply the cream to the stiffened neck as well as the face because it helps to ease the stiffness. This product is a little bit expensive but it is reasonable because it usually costs 5,000-6,000JPY to have whole body massage at a chiropractic clinic.

" Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found the Tourmaline BISEKI EX Cream when I was searching for a remedy for my mother's chronic gonarthrosis. I decided to order a 30g pot for her and my wife who had terrible neck stiffness as after effects of total thyroidectomy surgery. The symptoms were so terrible that she needed to stick a pain relief patch everyday. I am happy because: I do not know if my mother's symptoms have improved. My wife started to apply the cream as soon as we received it. She no longer needs to stick the patch. The pain is easing as she applies the cream whenever she has pain. "I had terrible neck stiffness and I could not raise the arms. The stiffness has eased!" This is my 3rd time purchase. First, I purchased a 30g pot and my mother was happy with it. Then I purchased 80g and 300g this time. She had terrible knee/back pain and I had terrible neck stiffness. Initially, I purchased it for her pain. Now, I and my mother/sister share it.
