"I applied this cream to the knee as I had pain caused by exercise. The foot felt lighter. It is easier to go up/down the stairs. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product when I was googling for a remedy for a torn meniscus and associated knee pain. I got interested in this tourmaline cream as it was used at chiropractic clinics and esthetic salons. I am happy because: I had treatment at a chiropractic clinic for 3 years as I had knee pain/minor meniscus tear caused by exercise. I found an immediate effect. The foot felt lighter when I stood up after applying this cream. The pain eased and the skin became smooth after I applied it several time, so I ordered other Biseki cosmetic products as well. It is easier to go up/down the stairs. Other comments: I am happy with this cream and other products.

"The face has been lifted and neck stiffness has gone. I am amazed! " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found a small pot on your website. I am happy because: I was using the EX cream only. I started to use it along with the Biseki lotion as I learnt that it would produce a detoxification effect. I am amazed at detoxification and lift up effects. The face is like after having massage at a chiropractic clinic. I apply the cream to the stiffened neck as well as the face because it helps to ease the stiffness. This product is a little bit expensive but it is reasonable because it usually costs 5,000-6,000JPY to have whole body massage at a chiropractic clinic.

"Symptoms of gonarthrosis/sciatica have slightly eased." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was using a tourmaline blanket. I found this cream when I was searching for other tourmaline products.�@ I am happy because: I have been suffering from gonarthrosis/sciatica. The symptoms have slightly eased. I am not sure if the BISEKI EX Cream worked because I have also been having chiropractic/acupuncture treatments and taking medication. "My mother has problems with her knee/ankle joints. She became able to walk smoothly." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought you would offer great service. I am happy because: My mother has problems with her knee/ankle joints. She had treatment at an orthopedic hospital and at a chiropractic clinic on a regular basis. The symptoms did not completely improve. She almost gave up because she was old. She was doing household chores even though she had difficulty in walking. I purchased this product for her because I hoped the symptoms would ease. She was skeptical when she started to use the cream. However, she is so glad because she became able to walk smoothly about a week after she started this treatment. I will order a larger pot because she wants to continue to use this cream. I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable.

"My mother, who used to have knee pain, now can walk normally!" My mother had knee pain. She tried chiropractic/massage therapies but the symptoms did not improve. The pain even prevented her from going out. I found this cream when I was searching for a solution and then I purchased it to let her try. In the beginning, she did not find an effect. After for a while, the pain improved and she could walk normally. She still cannot walk long hours due to the pain but there is almost no problem with her daily life. Thank you!

"I can go up stairs. Knee pain I had had for 10 years has completely gone away!" The knee joint moves smoothly. My right knee, which I damaged 20 years ago when I was skiing, is getting worse. It was difficult to walk properly. I have loved sports since I was a child. I had a ski instructor license. I used to look forward to winter when I was able to ski. I tried hot spring, chiropractic and other treatments but none worked. I was skeptical about the efficacy of the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream but the knee joint did move smoothly after I applied it. I walked and found no pain. I finally found the solution. I can freely move around as I have no pain. I became able to go up stairs after applying the cream and having a walk for 2 weeks. I am now looking forward to this coming winter because I may be able to ski again!

"Chronic arm/neck stiffness has gone away!" I had acute pain inside the muscle of my upper arm and shoulder. The pain was so intense it made me squat down when it suddenly occurred. It usually struck me while my body was moving. I tried chiropractic and massage treatments. The pain was temporarily alleviated after the treatment but it was not completely relieved and the acute pain came back the next day. I did some exercise as I was advised to build more muscle on the painful areas but it did not work. Every day, I was wondering how much longer the pain would last and what I should do?? I started to apply the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream. The pain located in the muscle completely went away in 2 weeks. I can now raise and rotate the arm with no pain. I no longer need to brace myself for a shock of pain when I put on and take off a shirt or when I hold on to a strap in a train as now the pain no longer strikes me.

"My body is kept warm through the night. Knee pain has gone away. I no longer have swollen feet!" Relief from swollen feet, bad blood circulation and pain I did not have bad blood circulation when I was in my 20's. I was OK without wearing socks in winter. I have started to wear socks even in summer since I reached the middle of my 30's. My body remains cold even after I walk and sweat a lot. I am sometimes surprised at how cold my toes are when I touch them. It is strange that I also feel warm in the inner of the toes while the surface is cold. My feet start to swell and feel both cold and warm early in the evening. I have also had knee pain for a year. A friend of mine who had back pain recommended the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream and I started to use it two months ago. I no longer have bad blood circulation. As soon as I apply it, my body is heated up from the inside. I no longer wake up in the middle of night because of cold toes. The feet no longer swell early in the evening. The knee pain has gone away. The other day, I had my arm dislocated when it accidentally hit something.
