I have not caught the flu or even had a cold since I started using these masks. Thorough recommended!
I am an English expatriate living in Hong Kong. I got these masks as the pollution levels here are so high. These masks are really comfortable to wear and I feel protected wearing one when outside rather than breathing in all the nasty fumes and particles of the exhausts from the mainland factories and power plants. I have not suffered from a sore throat or phlegm since wearing these masks.
