"I had a runny/clogged nose caused by hayfever. The symptoms have been alleviated!" I am happy because: The reason why I decided to purchase the IONION (EX) from you was not because of the reputation of your company but it was featured on a TV program as a great product. I had a runny/clogged nose. The symptoms are alleviated when I am indoors. I think the symptoms would have been worse during the hayfever season if I had not been using it because the pollen count was high this year. I am not happy because: I have found that it does not perform well outdoors. I cannot enjoy negative ion effects almost at all when I am riding a bicycle in windy weather. You should clearly state on your website that "This product does not perform well outdoors due to wind". It works for my nose but it does not for my eyes at all in indoors. It is said that many hayfever patients experience eye problems this year. My eyes felt itchy/pain and got bloodshot. The eyelids got swollen. Your website says "This device can discharge when your nose is too close to it.". However, it does not say the actual distance, so I am always scared when I bend my knees because my nose gets close to it. You should clearly state the distance before the next hayfever season comes. It was hard to turn it on/off when I started to use it because the switch did not move smoothly. You can make the protruding part larger. "I have not found a negative ion effect yet." I have not found a negative ion effect since I started to use this device. The blue LED disturbs me because it is too bright. [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that it does not work for your hayfever. However, you can use this product as a mobile air purifier which emits negative ions because it generates more ions than competing products. The LED lets you know that it is working properly but it can be too bright depending on the environment. We will consider a new LED which is not so bright.

"My shoulder stiffness and irritation have greatly improved!" This is the 1st wearable negative ion generator I have ever found. I like the compact body and its color tone. I used to have neck stiffness and get irritated while working at the desk. The stiffness has greatly improved since I started to wear it a few weeks ago. I hope I will find more negative ion effects. I love this affordable compact negative ion generator.

"A relative of mine asked me "What is this? My eyes are not itchy when I hold your daughter in the arms."" The day after we received the IONION, my 4 year daughter attended a memorial service while wearing it around the neck and she did not scratch her eyes at all. A relative of mine, who has hayfever, asked me "What is this? My eyes are not itchy when I hold your daughter in the arms." My daughter wears it when she gets up in the morning and places it close to the pillow when she goes to bed. She now only takes half an anti-allergy tablet every morning and no longer needs to apply eye drops. I removed the strap for safety reasons, made a rubber pouch for protection in order to be acceptable by the kindergarten. I should have purchased the larger model for more negative ion effects. The doctor in charge seems to be skeptical but I am sure negative ion therapy works. PS: I am a nurse.

Our office is large and tidy but there are ventilation problems which cause running nose, coughing, phlegm and itching.
