I am happy because: I have back pain caused by a minor hernia. I rub this gel from the backbone, the pelvic bone down to the knees so that it spreads well. I do stretching exercise on the bed before I fall asleep because it is gentle on the back. Symptoms of the hernia have not appeared for a few years as I have been doing these treatments. Scientifically, I am not sure if rubbing works. However, I am worried that the symptoms may appear if I do not rub the gel. I feel I recover from fatigue. I am more positive because I am free from the back pain. This product is also good for mental healthcare.

"It alleviates the knee/back pain and shoulder stiffness. " Details about the effects: It is another amazing product. I apply on my knee, back and shoulder which alleviate the pain and stiffness. "Back pain has completely disappeared. I can make a better shot when I play golf. " I found this product on the internet and ordered it. This is my 2nd purchase. This tourmaline gel spreads better than another gel supplied by another company. I have been using it everyday for terrible neck stiffness and back pain. The stiffness has not gone yet but the pain has disappeared. I apply it to my arms when I play golf because I can make a better shot. I put a cloth, which is soaked with tourmaline water, in a vase. It helps to extend lifespans of flowers.

"I gave it to a friend of mine who had back pain. She is happy because she sometimes forgets the pain. " I gave this tourmaline gel along with the tourmaline sheet to a friend of mine who had back pain. Both products work well but the gel is better because the sheet does not stay in the right position when placed directly on the skin. She rubs the gel into the skin every day when she wakes up and after she takes a bath. Several months have passed since she started this treatment. She sometimes forgets the pain. Another friend of mine has also been using these products. She always rubs the gel into the skin and places the sheet on the area when she gets a bruise or when she sprains her ankle because she believes this treatment will surely work. It did not work well when I had knee pain which prevented me from sitting down. It was treated by acupuncture. I guess the tourmaline treatment did not work because it was not muscle pain but joint/bone pain. Both of the friends have also been using the sheet.

"Neck stiffness is gradually easing!" I had been using another tourmaline gel supplied by another company. I have just started to use this product. This one spreads better when applied to the skin. I have not found a significant effect yet on my back pain but neck stiffness is gradually easing. I hope it will work for back pain as well.

"My back pain reduce, I can seat longer!" After I used the tourmaline gel on my back about two week my back pain reduce I can seat longer. One time my friend have shoulder pain I apply two time on his shoulder the pain release. It is good gel. Thanks
