Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought that the stones would be unlikely to collide with one another and break into pieces as the surface is polished. A net bag is included in the package. Detailed review: I have purchased this product at another shop before. I used the stones for tourmaline bathing. It was good. I wanted the tourmaline stones again, googled and reached your website. I read reviews and found that the stones would also be good for drinking water. I tried putting some stones into tap water. All family members said that the tourmaline water was good. I put some stones in tap water, let them stay in the water for 12 hours and then boil it before drinking in order to make the tourmaline water more tasty. I also use the stones for cooking Miso soup and other dishes. The taste becomes mild. I think I no longer need a water dispenser. The net bag included in the package is good for long term use as it is durable. I think I no longer need a bath salt product because tourmaline water makes the whole body warm. We loved to go to a hot spring. We no longer need to go. We feel well as the water is mild. We all enjoy tourmaline bathing. I think the skin has become smooth. I am so amazed that the bathtub stays clean. We always wash the body before tourmaline bathing. While normal water is not clean after 3 of us take a bath, tourmaline water stays clean even the next day. The drain no longer gets moldy and becomes black. The metal part is getting shiny. My husband is now happy to remove hair from the drain. I splash tourmaline water in the bathroom when I finish bathing because it suppresses mold growth. It is possible that mold does not grow because it is winter now and it will grow again in summer. I should have found this product earlier.

"I realized that tap water became mild." I use 1/3 of the stones for drinking water and the rest for tourmaline bathing. I realized that tap water became mild on the 3rd day or so. A week later, I used the water to steam rice. I enjoyed yummy rice. I have not found a significant effect of tourmaline bathing yet. My husband does not talk about knee pain, so it may be working on him. I will let you know if I find another effect.

"Tap water does not smell like chlorine and it is more tasty. " I am happy because: Tap water: It does not smell like chlorine and it is more tasty. Tourmaline bathing: Water is mild and gentle to the skin. Your price is lower than others. One package contains two net bags. You offered great support when I called you to order this product. I am planning to purchase another package. Other comments: I put stones in a plastic bottle for drinking water. Some of the stones break into small pieces. I have to be careful when I pour the water into a glass in order to prevent the small pieces from dropping into the glass. I choose well-polished stones but I guess they collide with each other when I pour the water. Please supply better-polished stones.

"I compared tourmaline water with tap water. The water with tourmaline stones tastes better. " I talked about ionized water and tourmaline stones with a friend of mine. I googled, found your website and decided to purchase this product. I used to buy drinking water at a supermarket. It was heavy to carry the bottles. I considered installing a water dispenser but I thought it would be too much just for myself. This product is great. I put some stones in tap water in the morning. Tourmaline water is ready when I come home at night after work. I compared tourmaline water with tap water. The water with tourmaline stones tastes better.

"The body is kept warm after tourmaline bathing. I also enjoy a good sleep. Tourmaline drinking water is tasty. My 1 year old baby does not catch a cold. " I am happy because: This product showed up at the top of the search result when I was searching for tourmaline stones. I could not decide to purchase it because it was not affordable. I searched for other products but none looked good. I thought there was a reason why the price was higher than competing products. I called you to ask the reason. The operator who answered the phone was so kind. I got the answers for my questions and decided to purchase this product. I received the product about 2 days after I ordered it and then I put the stones into the bathtub, thermos and bottles. I immediately found significant effects. I sweat a lot and the body is kept warm after tourmaline bathing. I do not find these effects when I just have a shower. I also enjoy a good sleep. Tourmaline water is mild after it is boiled. Drinking water no longer irritates the throat. I pour tap water into a bottle filled with the stones. The water becomes ready for cooking in 12 hours +/-. It does not smell like chlorine. Rice and soup made with the water are tasty. My 1 year old baby has not caught a cold since she started to drink tourmaline water. I gargle with tourmaline water when I have a sore throat in the morning and then the symptoms go away. My family members enjoy tourmaline effects. I made the right decision! It looked expensive but it is not. The stones continue to work almost forever if you clean them on a regular basis. We will continue to use the stones. Thank you for this great product! "The pimples have faded and the skin is now smoother and clearer!" Reason(s) why I purchased this product: Pimples often appeared on my skin when the season changed or when I was tired. I did not want to apply an ointment or take medication. I was searching for treatment which I could do at home. I heard tourmaline might work and found many shops carrying tourmaline products on the internet. I decided to purchase from you because you reply to feedback, give some advice and listen to what customers want (e.g. packing) in order to make them happier. Yes, my order was packed nicely. Effect(s) of the product: More pimples appear during the first three days and then they started to fade. I think toxic substances were released out of the body during that period. The skin is now smoother and clearer than before. I put the stones into not only a bathtub but also a kettle and plastic bottle to enjoy tourmaline water and tasty coffee and cocktail. The tourmaline water does not smell like chlorine. My family members did not believe the water had been made from tap water. The cocktail is so nice that I have to be careful not to drink too much. :-) I will continue to use this product.

"Tap water becomes mild and tasty!" I am happy because: I purchased this product as it is used not only for tourmaline bathing but also for treatment of psoriasis. I found many other shops carrying tourmaline products but decided to purchase from you. I can use the stones almost forever. Tap water becomes mild and tasty. Tourmaline bathing makes my body warm even though the temperature is not so high. I do not need to go to hotspring. I do not need to buy bottled water. I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable. I understand that this is because the quality is high. It would be more convenient if detailed instructions on how to use the stones were provided. e.g. how long it will take before tourmaline drinking water gets ready, etc Other comments: Thank you for the sample small tourmaline stones. "Water does not smell like chlorine. Tap water is tasty! " I am happy because: I had not been happy with the tap water which smelled like chlorine since I moved into this place. It does not smell any more and I enjoy tasty water. I have been using about a half of the tourmaline stones for drinking water and cooking and another half for tourmaline bathing. The package contains plenty of stones. I am not happy because: I have not found an effect of tourmaline bathing. I am wondering if I need to put more stones into the bathtub. I am happy because: My kid always had itchy hands after taking a bath. The itchy feeling has improved since we started to use the polished tourmaline. We are looking forward to more improvement. The tourmaline water is soft and the body is kept warm after bathing. I purchased 1kg, which is more than enough for tourmaline bathing, so I use some for tap water. It does not smell and it is good for drinking. I am not happy because: It would be great if the stones were larger. They are smaller than I expected.

"The tourmaline water tastes very good!" The stones are beautifully by its optically polished smooth surface. To improve drinking water, I put 300g of the tourmaline stones in a plastic bottle filled with tap water and keep it in the fridge. The tourmaline water tastes very good, I also use for mixing with liquor, and cooking rice. I am impressed with your dedication to customer service. I am very satisfied with this tourmaline lustrous stones!
