I have not found a negative ion effect since I started to use this device. The blue LED disturbs me because it is too bright.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that it does not work for your hayfever. However, you can use this product as a mobile air purifier which emits negative ions because it generates more ions than competing products. The LED lets you know that it is working properly but it can be too bright depending on the environment. We will consider a new LED which is not so bright.
