I am happy because: I purchased this product to remove cigarette smoke in the office. Actually, I had another mobile negative ion generator but it got broken. Honestly, the one I used to have worked better than the AirTamer. However, I am happy with this one because it is lightweight, does not cause neck/shoulder stiffness and the battery costs 1/5.

I am not happy because: I am not sure if this is because the strap is conductive but I sometimes feel static electricity when it makes contact with the skin.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. Very few customers feel electricity under normal use. If you do not feel comfortable, we suggest you should wear the device so that the strap does not make contact with the skin. It generates fewer negative ions but you can still enjoy negative ion effects.
