I am happy because: I thought I would feel comfortable to wear this bracelet as it was thinner than similar products supplied by other companies. I like this simple design.

Effects: Neck stiffness and pain in the arms are alleviated. I will continue to wear it.

I am not happy because: The product is great but I feel disappointed with the shipment. I ordered 2 pcs last time but you only included 1 pcs in the package. This time, I requested the delivery time/date but it was disregarded and I could not receive the package because I was not at home.

Other comments: As I requested in my email, it would be great if you could ship by post or another method.
