Tourmaline Sheet All my family members have been using the tourmaline sheet placed under the bedsheet. We feel warm but we have not found a significant tourmaline effect. I cut it into small pieces and attached them to the inner side of an eye mask. I wear the mask before I go to bed. The small pieces often come off by the next morning but my eyes feel warm and take a good rest.
