Details about the effects = I'm very happy with the clay pot rice cooker. After few tries to adjust the gas flame, it made very delicious burnt rice, which is what I was looking for. I plan to use this to cook beef stew, port stew and fish stew. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for healthy, traditional cooking. One word of caution is that the 1.8L is small to cook rice for a family of 4 or more. I wish I have gotten the 3L clay pot.
