I am happy because: A qigong therapist gave me a tourmaline sheet about a year and a half ago. It became worn out as I was using it every day as a sleeping bag. I found this product when I was searching for a new tourmaline sheet. I inserted it into the blanket cover made of gauze but I did not feel warm. I placed this new sheet under the cotton bedsheet and the old one directly on the skin after trial and error. This is the best way for me to enjoy tourmaline. I wrap a sample thin sheet in a handkerchief and wear it around the neck. It works. I cut the sheet into some pieces to wear/use/insert around the hip, as an eye mask and into a gauze mask. I also insert a small piece into the pillow cover. My body enjoys tourmaline 24/7. I am not happy because: None |
