I am happy because: Shoulder stiffness has gone away! Thank you for great customer support. You asked me where I had pain and you advised me on how to apply the cream when I called you and then I learned it by heart. I found the instruction manual when I opened the package. The instructions along with images are easy to understand. I started to find a tourmaline effect. I think I was able to apply it correctly according to the instructions. I still have stiffness around the neck. I will continue this treatment as I hope it will soon work. Other comments: This product is not affordable. I would be happier if you offered a discount for the 2nd and subsequent purchases, so that customers, who find a tourmaline effect on their first purchase, would be happy to purchase it again. |
