My mother lives apart from me and she is not well. She had a water purification system supplied by another company. It was a bother to replace the ceramic filter cartridge. I visited your website and decided to purchase this product as it may continue to work forever. I ordered 2 packages for her and me. We enjoy mild and tasty water. I can quickly make tap water into tourmaline water. It is convenient as we can put the balls in a plastic bottle. We had to use a glass bottle when using the purification system. Thank you for explaining how to use this product when I called you.
