I am happy because: I have poor blood circulation. I feel chilly when I am in bed even in midsummer. I feel fatigue or sluggish when I wake up. I found your website when I was searching for a remedy. Thank you for giving me advice when I called you. I purchased 1x Eco Tourmaline Sheet (2x1m). I tried taking a nap on the sheet but I could not sleep well as the body was so warm and then I did not use it for a while. I placed a bedsheet, a sleeping mat and the tourmaline sheet on a mattress in order to adjust the body temperature at night on 13 Aug. I have been using the tourmaline sheet in this way as you said negative ions pass through the sleeping mat. I feel warm in bed and I no longer feel chilly, sluggish or fatigued at dawn. Thank you. Actually, I do extra work and I think I need it because I am old. I take out the sleeping mat and fall asleep again when I wake up in midnight. It helps to make the body warm so I do not feel chilly early in the morning. |
