Details about the effects: I used to wake up several times during the night to visit the toilet because I drink plenty water throughout the day. Usually when I return to sleep, it would usually take a while and sometimes could not go back to sleep. When MI-1000-S arrived, that very night I only woke up once to visit the toilet and went back to sleep immediately without any difficulty to fall asleep. thereafter subsequent nights, I slept throughout and during the day I felt alert, awake and refreshed.
