Ecological Tourmaline Sheet I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up!

I decided to try tourmaline because I had difficulty falling asleep, often woke up 2-3 times after midnight, could not fall asleep again and eventually I could not concentrate on work the next day. I placed it under the bedsheet. It only took a few days before I found the negative ion effect. I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up. My back pain is also reduced.
