Yummy rice boiled in tourmaline water
Enjoy tasty and healthy rice boiled in tourmaline water containing rich minerals!

Prevents water from boiling over
Steam is released through the pores of the clay to prevent water from boiling over. This clay pot can cook rice faster than electric rice cookers.

Easy to cook
You do not need to adjust heat during cooking.

How to Use

Step1
Wash 750g of rice and soak in approx. 990cc * of water for 20 minutes.

*Pour water up to the line on the inner surface.
*You may prefer (approx. 10%) more or less water.
Step2
Cook for 17 minutes * on a little bit higher than medium heat **, and then turn off *** the heat.

* Scorched rice will be ready in another 1-2 minutes.
** Steam can boil over if it is too high.
*** For your reference, it is about 3 minutes after steam starts to boil out of the hole.
Step3
Steam for 10-20 minutes.

Never open the lid while being steamed.
Step4
Remove the lid to release excess steam and stir with the rice paddle *.

  • fill 80% of the cooker with water mixed with 16-24g of wheat flour and boil it for 10-20 minutes
Important
  • Use Low-Medium heat.
  • Wait until the rice cooker completely cools down.
  • Wash inside the cooker with water after it cools down.

It made very delicious burnt rice, which is what I was looking for.
Details about the effects = I'm very happy with the clay pot rice cooker. After few tries to adjust the gas flame, it made very delicious burnt rice, which is what I was looking for. I plan to use this to cook beef stew, port stew and fish stew. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for healthy, traditional cooking. One word of caution is that the 1.8L is small to cook rice for a family of 4 or more. I wish I have gotten the 3L clay pot.   >> Read more
