"I can breath better! This product is very user friendly."

I am happy because: I purchased this product as it was affordable. I feel comfortable and I can breath better because my nose is less congested.

I am not happy because: It would be better if the device could generate more negative ions and it were more affordable.

"I have not caught a cold since I started to use it. It also works for itchy eyes caused by hay fever!"

I used to catch a cold often but I have not caught a cold since I started to use it. I got hay fever for the first time this year. My eyes feel itchy when I forget to wear it. The symptom is gradually alleviated after I start to wear it around the neck. Also I am prone to getting bitten by mosquitos but now the upper part of my body is not bitten when I am wearing the air tamer whilst my feet are bitten a lot. I am wondering if this device can remove the odor which attracts mosquitoes?? I am so impressed with it.

"Pollen does not cause itchy eyes. My throat and nose are fine!"

I am happy because: The pollen count is lower this year but the yellow sand storm is coming. My throat and nose are fine. I used to have itchy eyes regardless of the pollen count but the eyes are fine this year. I ordered the AirTamer for a friend of mine. She is so happy with this device. Her nose is fine while she is wearing it but nasal congestion starts as soon as she takes it off.

I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap. I have to tie it to make it shorter but it does not look good. I do not need the clip because shirts for ladies normally do not have a pocket.

I would be happier if the strap were lighter and colorful, and the device had color variations. The strap causes neck stiffness when I wear it for long hours. It also starts to wear out after washing several times. I am wondering if it is possible for you to design a new strap??

Other comment: I change the battery when the indicator does not blink. It would be great if it could change the color to tell me when to change the battery.

"It has been working very effectively because I have not caught a cold or the flu yet!"

I am happy because: I can speak in a loud voice, while I cannot when wearing a mask. It has been for a while since I purchased this product as a preventative measure against the flu. It has been working very effectively because I have not caught a cold or the flu yet so far. I am so happy with it. I would recommend my friends it were more affordable.

I am not happy because: It is a little bit thicker for the pocket of my jacket/shirt. It would be great it were thinner.

"It may work!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product because the one I had before got broken. It may work.

I am not happy because: It would be better if the blow off point (ionizing electrode) were smaller. The blinking LED is not bright enough when it is working.

"I can sleep deeply. Stiffness around my neck and shoulder is alleviated. "

I have been enjoying a deep sleep since I purchased it. I wear it around the neck and sleep deeply when I travel on a long distance bus instead of just managing a short nap. It does relieve fatigue. Neck stiffness seems to be alleviated.

I used to suffer from hayfever every year. My runny nose and itchy eyes have improved since I purchased the Air Tamer. I purchased the IONION for my kid as it became affordable.

"I purchased this one as it generates a lot of ions. I can breath easily as my nose is clearer!"

I am happy because: I was going to buy a latest model from another company but decided to purchase this one because it generates more ions. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. I feel that I can breath easily as my nose is clearer. I do not need to wear a mask when I ride a bicycle. I am not sure if I will be OK after the pollen count rises. I get a little bit itchy when pollen stays on my face. My nose is fine. I was afraid of touching the blow off point when I started to use it as this part is not covered/protected by something but now I don't care so much.

I am not happy because: The blow off point is not covered/protected. It is not stylish. The strap looks cheap.

Other comment: It is working although I have some complaints. I would be glad if it were more stylish. An automatic door did not work twice. Was this caused by generation of electromagnetic waves?

"My wife used to have terrible hayfever every year. I hope it will help to improve her symptoms this year!"

I am happy because: Actually, I wanted the Medical Ion Mini but I could not afford it so I purchased the Air Tamer for my wife from your website. She used to have terrible hayfever every year. I thought this device would help her to absorb negative ions. I tried it first. I have not found an effect so far because I have just started to use it. I think it may take some time. I hope it will help to improve her symptoms this year.

I am not happy because: The blow off point smells like ozone. It is negligible though.

"We have not caught a cold or flu. I am happy because my nose and throat are fine!"

I was searching for a compact and lightweight mobile negative ion generator. I purchased the Air Tamer for each of my family members and then placed an additional order as I was asked by a friend of mine. My 3rd son has been wearing it at school where many classes have been closed due to the flu epidemic. We have not caught a cold or flu. I am happy because my nose and throat are fine. I may have an allergy to something because I have a frog in my throat all the year around except when I climb a mountain. My throat is fine while wearing the Air Tamer, so I feel as if I were in the mountains.

I am unhappy because: Wearing it for hours cause stiffness in the shoulders/neck. It would be great if you could make it lighter. The strap gets stained with sweat when worn around the neck. It would be convenient if I could remove it from the device and wash it or you could supply a spare one. It has become frayed. I tie the strap in order to adjust the length but it does not look good. The clasp often hits my neck. It would be better if it were close to the device. I would appreciate if you could improve these issues because I wear it for several hours a day.
