"This device is lightweight and it works for long hours once charged."

I am happy because: It is comfortable to wear this device as it is lightweight. I do not to need to carry around the charger as it works for long hours once charged.

Other comments: I am afraid that I cannot change the strap if it gets broken. Can I do it by myself?

"Cigarette smoke seems to steer away from me when someone next to me smokes. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your website says this device generates more ions than other competing products. I was amazed when I saw the video. A bottle was filled with cigarette smoke. The smoke disappeared immediately after the device was placed inside the bottle.

I am happy because: I purchased this product because cigarette smoke annoys me in crowded places. I wear this device around the neck and then cigarette smoke seems to steer away from me when someone next to me smokes. The battery lasts long enough. I charge it once every 3-4 days only, so I do not need to carry the charging cable when I go to a business trip.

"I am happy as cigarette smoke smell does not annoy me when I wear it. "

I am happy because: My desk is located near the smoking area. Cigarette smoke smell annoyed me during the 10AM/3PM break times. I used to wear a mask but it could not remove the smell completely.

I found the AirTamer A310 on the internet and then purchased it. I am happy as the smell does not annoy me when I wear it. I will purchase another unit if it works for cedar pollen. One of my relatives has been suffering from hayfever.

Other comments: You can design a new strap. e.g. Chain strap made of shiny materials as a higher end model if it costs more (1) fastening the clasp instead of pulling over the head (2) adjustable length

"I have not found a significant effect yet but my throat has been well. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I called you before the purchase. The person who answered the phone was so nice and he gave me clear answers to my questions.

I am happy because: While your website says this product helps to remove cigarette smoke and smell, another supplier says it is designed to remove pollen and viruses. I purchased this product as I hoped it would help to remove viruses. Actually, I have had a sensitive throat since I was a child. I often got inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and then I caught a cold. I called you to confirm this before the purchase. You advised me that other companies are supplying this product under different names and you do not claim that it removes viruses because it is not certified as a medical instrument. This convinced me that you would offer sincere service.

I have not found a significant effect yet as I purchased it just about 2 weeks ago. However, my throat has been well even though I often go to a crowded place or somewhere surrounded by children for work. I hope this product will work as temperature goes down and the air gets dry.

Other comments: I found scuffing on the strap when I adjusted the length. It was caused by friction with the plastic body. It becomes worn out earlier than I thought. I hope you can supply a spare strap when needed. I have not found a significant effect yet. However, I am sure that I made the right decision to purchase this product from you for the above mentioned reasons.You need to find a reliable supplier to order something online. You really offered reliable service. I hope you will continue to offer the great service.

"I purchased it to get rid of side-stream cigarette smoke. I get an itchy throat a little bit but I do not cough. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I did not find another company carrying this product when I was googling.

I am happy because: I used to wear another air purifier around the neck and 3 layers of masks when in a crowded place. Side-stream cigarette smoke caused coughing after coming back home. I now wear the AirTamer A310 and only 1 mask. I get an itchy throat a little bit but I do not cough. I think this device works better than another purifier. This product is economical as it is rechargeable while the product, which I used to use before, works on non-rechargeable batteries.

Other comments: The AirTamer A310 is a great product but I am looking forward to a new product which performs better.

"My clothes do not smell like cigarettes when I come home. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I do not know another company carrying this product.

I am happy because: I have been working in an office room where smoking is allowed from early morning until late at night since I was transferred to the new department. I do not smoke but I do not mind cigarette smoke smell. I find that my clothes smell when I come home.

I found this product when I was searching for a solution and decided to try it because I did not want a large device. Thank you for the prompt shipment. I have just started to use it but the clothes do not smell like cigarettes when I come home. I put it on my desk instead of wearing it around the neck. I turn it on in the morning and turn off when I leave the office. This is a great product as I do not need to spend time and effort.

Other comments: I am not sure if high performance and/or expensive air purifiers really work. I am glad to find this great product before trying others. It does not take time to use it. It is possible that I have got used to the smell but I will continue to use it.

Other comments: I purchased it a month ago. I have been working at an old BBQ restaurant. Cigarette smoke kept away from me when I started to use it. However, it no longer works well. It has not got wet. If possible, please replace with a new one.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: It produces a very small amount of ozone.

I am happy because: I work at a bar where smoking is allowed but I do not like cigarette smoke and smell. I often got a headache. I took medication every night. The symptoms have been better since I started to use this product. I get a minor headache but I do not need the medication. I think this device works.

I am going to wear it other than when going out for work during the coming winter season. I hope it will help to prevent flu when I am in a crowd. I made a good purchase. It is a little bit heavy when I put it on but it is not heavy once I wear it around the neck. However, I would be happier if you could make it smaller and lighter.
