Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought you had long experience of handling tourmaline and related products.

I am happy because: Thank you for giving me an opportunity to try tourmaline. I had not experienced this natural ore. The skin absorbs this cream well as soon as I apply it. I feel comfortable as it smells nice. I apply it to my decollete/face and heels where I sometimes feel pain of unknown origin.

I am not happy because: The skin gradually absorbs this cream. The pain has not eased.

Other comments: I decided to purchase this product after reading feedback from many customers.

"My mother has knee pain. She had outpatient treatment but it did not work. She can raise her legs to an upper position."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your website showed up on the first page of search result.

I am happy because: My 82 year old mother had outpatient treatment for knee pain but it did not work. The symptoms even seemed to get worse as she got older. I found this product when I was googling "knee pain" and purchased a 30g pot. She has been doing this treatment for about 2 weeks. She can now go up a step of the stairs without holding the handrail. She can raise her legs to an upper position.

I am not happy because: While a spatula is included in this 30g package, it is not included in a 80g pot. A larger spatula comes with 300g cream. You can include the same one in 30/80/300g.

"Symptoms of gonarthrosis/sciatica have slightly eased."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was using a tourmaline blanket. I found this cream when I was searching for other tourmaline products.　

I am happy because: I have been suffering from gonarthrosis/sciatica. The symptoms have slightly eased. I am not sure if the BISEKI EX Cream worked because I have also been having chiropractic/acupuncture treatments and taking medication.

I am not happy because: This cream runs out quickly as I apply it to several　parts of the body.

I purchased this product for knee pain. The pain eased in about 2 weeks. I also found a by-product. My hands have become smooth as I use the back of the hands to do massage the knees.

"I purchased it as knee pain had got worse. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! The pain almost went away in about 2 weeks. I can walk normally. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Knee pain started to appear sometime around this Apr. I thought it would soon go away as usual but the pain got worse and I had to drag my feet when I walked. I was worried everyday if would be able to continue to work as a care worker. I am more positive than others but I was so depressed because of the pain.

I found this product on the internet and immediately ordered it. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! The pain has almost gone away since I started to use it about 2 weeks ago. I can walk normally. I am so impressed and I feel brighter. I apply the cream to the whole body according to the instruction manual and fatigue of the day goes away. I enjoy working again. "My mother has problems with her knee/ankle joints. She became able to walk smoothly."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought you would offer great service.

I am happy because: My mother has problems with her knee/ankle joints. She had treatment at an orthopedic hospital and at a chiropractic clinic on a regular basis. The symptoms did not completely improve. She almost gave up because she was old. She was doing household chores even though she had difficulty in walking.

I purchased this product for her because I hoped the symptoms would ease. She was skeptical when she started to use the cream. However, she is so glad because she became able to walk smoothly about a week after she started this treatment. I will order a larger pot because she wants to continue to use this cream.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were more affordable.
