Detailed review: I had no problem. I was happy with the prompt shipment. The odor coming into my apartment room is greatly reduced. It has been working 24/7. I install it in the kitchen when I cook. The odor disappears quicker than before. I would like to purchase a larger model in the future if available.

"He is amazed as he can sleep well. "

My father was unable to sleep well for many years as my mother snored so loudly. They started to use this ion generator and then the snoring stopped. He is amazed as he can sleep well. He is so happy as he was not expecting this much. I also purchased a similar ion generator. The functions are the same. This one is more affordable. I asked you a question before the purchase. You kindly answered the question and then I decided to go ahead. I think this is a great gift for elderly parents.

"It also removes odors."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: This negative ion generator is good value for money as 8,500,000 ions are detected at the blow off point. A lot of ions can be detected at a distance away.

Detailed review: I purchased this device to remove viruses in my shop. I am happy as I can install it in several rooms as it is affordable.

I was not sure if it could remove odors in the beginning. It smelled moldy in a Japanese tatami room when the rainy season started. It was the only room where this device was not installed. i.e. It also removes odors. I feel it is cooler than last year even though I turned down the A/C.

I installed the devices on built-in counters in the rooms as it is hard to install them at 30cm+ away from the walls. The walls do not get dirty.

"I can sleep well at night as cool breezes are released."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I decided to go ahead for the following 2 reasons.

(1) Very little correct information about negative ion generators can be found. Your website provides detailed information about negative ions. The website also says that ions released from most negative ion generators cannot be detected at a distance away. Very few people know about it. I thought you would provide reliable service.

(2) The ion detector is included in the package. It enables me to check if the generator is really working. I cannot see negative ions with the naked eye.

Detailed review:

Purpose(s) of purchase: I purchased it as a measure to prevent viruses. I have heard that some countries use negative ions to protect patients from viruses/germs at improvised hospitals. I thought it would be important to protect myself from viruses because there may be another outbreak or more resistant viruses may show up.

Effect(s) of the product: I am not sure if it protects me from viruses. However, it surely releases negative ions. I use it in the living room during the day hours and in the bedroom at night. I do not find an effect in the living room. I can sleep well at night as cool breezes are released. The detector is great.

I think the ion detector has to come with the generator. You can see if negative ions are being released in order to figure out the value of the product.

Other comments: I would be happier if the detector could measure negative ion counts so that I could see performance degradation. It only shows if negative ions are detected or not.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was searching for a small model. I thought you would offer reliable service when I visited your website.

Detailed review: I knew negative ion effects. I have 2 negative ion generators installed on the 1F. They cover an area of approx. 130m2. I was searching for a small one for the bedroom.

I decided to purchase this one because ions spread, the tripod/detector are included in the package, the price is affordable and it comes with a great warranty.

I found a good direction as the detector shows me how ions spread. The device is as small as a small camera. I am happy with the compact tripod. I made a good decision to purchase this great product.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offered kind service when I called you. I thought you would also offer reliable service when I visited your website. Your return policy is reasonable.

Detailed review: I cannot see negative ions with the naked eye. I wonder if I can feel as if I am staying close to a waterfall?? Will it really remove viruses? Actually, I was skeptical when I purchased this product. The ion detector for test operation shows me that the ion generator is working. I thought 70% of negative ion effects would be true as the video clip on your website shows that it removes cigarette smoke.

I was using another air purifier. I always had a sore throat in the morning. The symptom now appears only sometimes as I am using this device. I now believe 100% of negative ion effects are true. Negative ions are great.

The Medical Ion Mini is a nice product. The maintenance work is easy. I do not need to purchase consumables on a regular basis.

"The body starts to feel relaxed."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have used another negative ion generator supplied by another company. I did not find an effect and it was noisy. I purchased this model as it was highly rated by users.

Detailed review: I am happy because it produces almost no noise and I even forget that it is working. I can install anywhere as the body is compact. It performs well as it helps to ease irritability. The body starts to feel relaxed.
