"I wanted to fill the room with negative ions. I found positive reviews but it did not perform well. I am disappointed. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought it would work. Your website says it generates a massive amount of negative ions. I found positive reviews only.

Other comments: Your website says it generates a massive amount of negative ions. However, ions reach only up to 1m. The instruction manual says the device should be placed in a high position but I cannot do so because the power cable is not long enough. It is not convenient as the input power jack is located on the right side of the device. It is more simply designed than I thought but it is quite expensive.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. If you use the (ion) detector included in the package and find that ions reach up to 1m, the generator is working well. The detector can detect a massive amount of negative ions only. (e.g. 6 or 7 digit figures) The (negative) ion count decreases as you go further away from the generator. Such massive amount of ions cannot be detected at more than 1m away. You need an ion counter instead of the detector in order to measure ions at more than 1m away from the generator.

"After using 3 days sneezing was gone"

Details about the effects: I buy this High Density Negative Ion Generator - Medical Ion Mini for my daughter due to it suffer frequent sneezing and the quality of air on our area was not good. After using 3 days sneezing was gone and effective also on pain removal especially migraine and headache. All your products i believe they are superb and amazing on health.

Details about the effects: My family and I have been using the negative ion generator for more than 2 weeks. My younger daughter who has sinus early in the morning, is have less sinus recently.

There is one thing on the Ion checker. When i test it between the range of 30cm to 1m or 1m+, the light shows that the generator is working with ions. But beyond 1 meter, there is no light. So i am wondering whether the ions can only reach up to 1 meter only, or is there any fault on the generator or the checker?

The result by the ion detector at a 30cm to 1 meter away from the ion generator is just for your reference because it can be affected by the air purification level and/or your skin resistance. Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I visited your website and decided to purchase it.

I am happy because: I have been using this product for nearly a month. Honestly, I do not feel negative ions are generated but I believe it does generate negative ions because the detector, which was included in the package, shows me that negative ions are generated when it detects ions. I have not found a positive effect on the body.
