I am happy because: I purchased this necklace/bracelet combo because my neck did not feel good. I am not sure if this is a tourmaline effect because I have been wearing them for a month only but the neck feels better and the skin below the neck is smoother.

Symptoms of Meniere's disease used to appear sometimes but they have not since I started to wear them. I will see how it will be after wearing them for 6 months+. I am looking forward to having a good sleep as well.

I am not happy because: The clasp has got rusty as I perspire a lot. I know this is my fault because I did not follow the care instructions. It would be maintenance free if an anticorrosive agent were coated on the surface.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. The magnetic clasp can get rusty depending on the conditions. We are going to change the clasp to a new one which is less likely to rust. In the meantime, we suggest you should wipe it dry as soon as it gets wet.

FYI: Only the areas where magnetic parts make contact with each other get rusty. These areas cannot be seen when the necklace or bracelet is worn around the neck. The magnetic power is not significantly affected.

"I'd recommend this product to anyone with any sort of joint/muscle pain."

Purchase reason: I had recently purchased one for my mother in law and was.surprised by the results of her shoulder and joint pain. Not 100% but much better I decided to buy one.for myself for my carpal tunnel pain I've had it a week and noticed a bit of an improvement I'd recommend this product to anyone with any sort of joint/muscle pain

"I am happy because it does not look like a magnetic necklace. I hope it will work for shoulder/neck stiffness!"

I had neck/shoulder stiffness caused by the disorder of the cervical vertebrae. I always felt as if I had twisted my neck. I was interested in this electric stone and the beneficial effects. I found this product when I was searching for tourmaline on the internet. I decided to purchase it because it was affordable and looked nice.

I have not found an effect yet because I have just started to wear it but I like this necklace because it is stylish and does not look like a magnetic necklace. Just wearing it helps me to feel relaxed.

"My neck feels better. "

After wearing it for a couple days she's noticed the difference.Purchase reason: We bought it as a gift for my mother in law as she has a lot of pain in her joints and muscles

About effects: After wearing it for a couple days she's noticed the difference in her pain has lessened drastically

"I am so happy because my shoulder stiffness and numbness of hands have improved!"

I was wearing a bracelet manufactured by another company as I had a stiffness shoulder and numbness in hands. I found this necklace on the internet, called you, found that you carried this necklace and bracelet combo and then I purchased it.

I am so happy because the shoulder stiffness and the numbness have improved. I will purchase a 45cm long necklace next time because this one is too long. Thank you for your great customer support when I called you. Please let me know if you have new product info on necklaces/bracelets.

"My neck feels better. "

It looks like a pendant when I locate the magnetic clasp so that it stays on the front side of the neck. I am happy because: I found this product at the top of the search results. The product info was easy to understand.

Effect(s): I have not found a new magnetic effect as I had been wearing another magnetic necklace supplied by another company for a long time. It was made with rubber/magnet. I decided to try this necklace/bracelet combo as they are made with tourmaline/magnet.

The necklace looks nicer than the rubber product. It looks like a pendant when I locate the magnetic clasp so that it stays on the front side of the neck. You can redesign it so that it will look much nicer.

The magnet clasp comes off when I vigorously clap the hands or when a strong impact is given to it. I have attached a thin chain, so it no longer comes off. The pure titanium/germanium is also nice as it is lightweight and shiny. However, it does not stay around the neck and it gets twisted because of the lightweight. I am going to make the clasp a little bit heavier. It will take 3 months or so to find a tourmaline effect.

"My neck feels better. "

I feel better as neck stiffness has gone. I wear the magnetic necklace, which I bought last time, when I go to bed and I wear the tourmaline necklace during the day hours. I feel better. Neck stiffness has gone as blood circulation has improved.

"It is comfortable to wear this wide necklace/bracelet. I can sleep well!"

I am happy because: I was searching for a magnetic and tourmaline product. I decided to purchase this combo because I thought the large beads would work better and they looked stylish. It is comfortable to wear this wide necklace/bracelet. I can sleep well. I sometime find that I am not wearing them when I wake up as the strap easily comes off.

I am not happy because: It comes off when I wave my hand. It is not good when you do labor work as it sticks to the skin. It would be great if you would provide a user's manual containing instructions for maintenance and care.

"Shoulder and neck stiffness has eased! Her neck does feel light when she wears it. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: My wife had terrible shoulder and neck stiffness. She asked me to search for a magnetic necklace and then I found your website.

Effect(s) of the product: She found a significant effect immediately after she put on this black tourmaline necklace. Her neck does feel light when she wears it while the neck feels heavy when she doesn't wear it.

Problem(s) solved by the product: Shoulder and neck stiffness has eased. She could not lift her arms but the arms are now fine. She can sleep deeply. Is this a tourmaline effect? She is in good health.

I am T.Y from Saga Japan. Here is a comment from my wife.

Thank you for your prompt service. Both clasps are fine but I prefer the button-shaped one because it is more comfortable to wear. I have been wearing the tourmaline necklace/bracelet for about 3 months since last Oct. I feel less tired and feel better. I was involved in a traffic accident and got whiplash 5 years ago. I had been suffering from neck/shoulder pains and headaches as the after effects. The symptoms have got better and I take less medication. I cannot go to work without the necklace/bracelet. I go back home when I forget to wear them even if I may be late for work. I hope other people will enjoy tourmaline effects.
