I have been wearing the tourmaline ring around my arm for about 10 years. I sometimes put it on my shoulder as it helps to alleviate the stiffness. I have heard that the human body temperature stimulates negative ion generation. Tourmaline works better on the human body when it is close to the skin. I have been also using the tourmaline pillow. It helps me to wake up refreshed. A company supplies a tourmaline bedsheet powered by electricity. I wanted to buy it but could not afford because it is over 2,000USD! I found this affordable ecological tourmaline sheet 2x1m and decided to purchase it. Everyday I enjoy a good sleep with the tourmaline sheet along with an electronic blanket because my body temperature is lower than normal. I cut a part of the sheet and gave it to my mother-in-law. She is happy because it alleviates her back pain.

"I have been sleep better, in a deep sleep, I wake up with energy!"

This is the first time using the ecological Tourmaline sheet and I must say that since I got it, I have been sleep better, in a deep sleep, I wake up with energy, I think that the effect of negative ions is working very good for me. I like to know if you have any clothing items with negative ion material, I like to have those as well.

"It makes me feel warm and I can sleep well!"

The tourmaline sheet placed on the bed sheet makes me feel warm and I can sleep well. I have dystonia in the back muscle. I hoped this tourmaline treatment would work but I have not found an effect yet.

"It makes my body warm and helps to alleviate neck stiffness!"

This tourmaline sheet makes my body warm and helps to alleviate stiffness of the shoulder. I enjoy a good sleep with it. It is not only affordable compared to similar products but also large enough to cover the whole body. It is easy to cut it into any shape and the cut end is smooth, so you can stuff into a pillow cover, place under a bed sheet or wear around the neck. It would be great if no fur ball is produced, so that I could directly lay on it without a cover.

"I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up!"

I decided to try tourmaline because I had difficulty falling asleep, often woke up 2-3 times after midnight, could not fall asleep again and eventually I could not concentrate on work the next day. I placed it under the bedsheet. It only took a few days before I found the negative ion effect. I now enjoy a good sleep, fall asleep in about 10 minutes and less frequently wake up. My back pain is also reduced.
