"It keep my spine warm and comfortable, feel more relax and energize while driving." Details about the effects: I use it as a back rest in the car. "I am impressed because I can sleep well and I am more energized. " I am happy because: I was suffering from muscle pain. The pain has gone away. I can sleep well. The skin feels as if it is stimulated by electricity when I lay down on the sheet, so I place a thin bedsheet on it. This product is affordable and works much better than healthy futons. I am impressed because I need to sleep about 6 hours only and then I am energized. One day, I only slept an hour and then went to work. I felt uneasy while working because I was afraid I might fall asleep. Eventually, I finished work "safe and sound". I cannot do without it! Other comments: I cut the sheet into a small piece and wrapped it around the face when going to bed. I thought the face would be lifted if wrapped like a mummy. It worked more than I had expected and the skin became dull like a 75 year old lady. You had better not use this product for aesthetic purposes.
