Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I compared this necklace with other products supplied by other companies. I purchased this product as it was medically certified even though it was more expensive.

I am happy because: It works more than I expected. I had terrible neck stiffness after I had surgery. The symptoms have greatly eased. Thank you.

Other comments: It is thin and flexible. I mistakenly fold it and then fold lines remain. I am afraid the lines may cause damage to the product.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I wanted this necklace. I thought it was a genuine product.

I am happy because: I had neck stiffness, I could not raise the shoulder and I had minor pain when I was practicing golf at a driving range. Symptoms of neck stiffness have not improved but pain has gone away.

Other comments: I hope the symptoms of the stiffness will gradually improve.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought it would work when I read the product info.

I am happy because: I suffered whiplash hurting my neck about 20 years ago in a traffic accident and then I started to suffer from terrible neck stiffness as after-effects of the accident.I tried several necklaces, magnetic/tourmaline products and so on but none worked. I happened to find this product on the internet and I purchased it even though I was skeptical.

I started to wear it around the neck and the symptoms of the stiffness started to disappear. I did not wear it the next day as I thought I might be influenced by suggestion. The symptoms started to appear in about 12 hours. It does work! I am so happy as I have finally got this great product. I am planning to purchase another ULTRA-NEO to wear 2 pcs.

Other comments: I would be happier if it were about 5cm longer.

I am happy because: Symptoms of terrible neck stiffness and pain have greatly improved since I started to wear it. I go out more often. I am more active. This string-like necklace is great. It is easy to take off and put on as the magnets connect the both ends. I can also attach a pendant to decorate it.

Other comments: I am looking forward to new products which will work for pain and other problems caused by aging.
