"I had a terrible rough skin caused by yellow sands. The symptoms have improved!" I am happy because: I always had a terrible rough skin in Apr-May. I think it was caused by yellow sands. I decided to purchase this device as I thought it would work for yellow sands as well as pollen. A friend of mine, who recommended this product, purchased online, so I visited several online shops and finally decided to purchase from you because the website looked reliable and the price was good. I always felt tingle in my face when I went out on a sunny day and the skin became terribly inflamed, so I could not apply lotion. I have been OK since I started to wear the AirTamer. I feel slight tingle but the skin does not become inflamed much. It is working! My mother wore it under her clothing but she did not find a negative ion effect. It seems the device works better when the ion blow off point is exposed. I am not happy because: The strap makes me tingle when I wear it around the neck, so I clip it to my shirt. I hope it will prevent neck stiffness. The device itself is great but I suggest you should design a strap which does not make you tingle if it is ideal to make contact with skin. The clip is not smooth, so it is not easy to clip to a thick shirt made of hard fabric. I have to struggle in front of the mirror to clip it to my shirt after I wear it around the neck. I even feel pain when the clip hits the skin. I would be happy if you could design a new strap. The ion blow off point also makes me tingle. I would also be happy if you could modify this part. "Neck stiffness has subsided. I hope it will do a good job during the hayfever season!" I am happy because: I purchased the AirTamer as a preventative measure against hayfever. So far, neck stiffness has subsided. I am sure this device will perform well during the hayfever season because it helped to alleviate the neck stiffness. I am not happy because: I could show it off to my friends if it looked cuter. Can you modify the design/color? [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. "I purchased this product for my allergic rhinitis. I can breath easily without wearing a mask even when the air is dirty!" I am happy because: I have allergic rhinitis. Dust and ticks make the symptoms worse. I found this product when I was searching for a mobile air purifier. I also have neck stiffness and my throat often gets swollen. This air purifier is so lightweight that it does not make the stiffness worse. The clip is wide enough to be attached to my shirt.The metal container, which comes with this product, is useful when I put the device into my bag to carry around. My eyes feel pain and I get headache when I am in a room where the wall is painted with a certain kind of paint but I feel OK when I am wearing this device. I do not need to wear a mask, my eyes do not feel pain and eye mucus does not come out in an air-conditioned room when I am wearing it. I am not happy because: The strap is too long when I attach this device to my shirt. It would be great if the length were adjustable. It does not work for exhaust gas when I walk outside. I think this small device cannot generate enough negative ions. I wish if it could because gas can cause asthmatic and allergic symptoms. "Pollen does not cause itchy eyes. My throat and nose are fine!" I am happy because: The pollen count is lower this year but the yellow sand storm is coming. My throat and nose are fine. I used to have itchy eyes regardless of the pollen count but the eyes are fine this year. I ordered the AirTamer for a friend of mine. She is so happy with this device. Her nose is fine while she is wearing it but nasal congestion starts as soon as she takes it off. I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap. I have to tie it to make it shorter but it does not look good. I do not need the clip because shirts for ladies normally do not have a pocket. I would be happier if the strap were lighter and colorful, and the device had color variations. The strap causes neck stiffness when I wear it for long hours. It also starts to wear out after washing several times. I am wondering if it is possible for you to design a new strap?? Other comment: I change the battery when the indicator does not blink. "I can sleep deeply. Stiffness around my neck and shoulder is alleviated. " I have been enjoying a deep sleep since I purchased it. I wear it around the neck and sleep deeply when I travel on a long distance bus instead of just managing a short nap. It does relieve fatigue. Neck stiffness seems to be alleviated.
