"Knee joints were stiff but they now move more freely. I can walk faster." I am happy because: I was suffering from stiff knee joints after I injured the meniscus. I found the Biseki EX cream on the internet. I apply plenty of it to the affected knees and then the knee joints move more freely. I think this may be because the blood circulation improves. The symptoms have not completely gone but I can now walk faster. I will continue this treatment for a while. Thank you for your prompt shipment. Other comments: I would be happier if it were more affordable. I want to apply plenty. I finished 30g in a week.

"My mother applies this cream as it helps to improve blood circulation. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website by chance and decided to try this product. I am happy because: I gave this product to my mother as she had injured her knee. She cautiously applied it as she has got an allergic reaction after taking tourmaline hot spring. She is happy as it helps to improve blood circulation and she even feels itchy. However, she does not apply it on a regular basis even though I advised her to do so. I guess she is afraid of getting the reaction again. Other comments: Some products including samples produce significant effects in the beginning only. I do not enjoy the effects once I get used to using them. This is why we are a little bit cautious.

"I am impressed because poor blood circulation in my hands/legs improves!" I am happy because: Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered this product as I was happy with the Biseki sonic gel and lotion and the sample cream you offered was great. I am impressed with the tourmaline effects. I apply this cream after bathing and my hands/legs feel warm after I go to bed. I also apply it to areas I have pain. The jaw line has also been sharpened. I think the lotion works better along with this cream. Other comments: What is an ideal amount to apply? I often apply a lot because I expect it will work better. I think I do not need to apply so much as it spreads well and leaves no sticky feel. Do I have to apply it to the face while pressing the skin surface with fingers? "Chronic hand/neck/back pain has gone away. Poor blood circulation is significantly improved!" Handling hundreds of clothes caused pain in the whole body I am working for a laundry. I now only wait on customers but also handle hundreds of clothes every day, so my back and shoulder get tired. My hands and wrists are paralyzed after I work with a large stapler to staple labels to clothes and I also get stressed because I always have to welcome customers with smile but the Tourmaline Biseki cosmetic products always help me. I wash my face/body with the Tourmaline Biseki EX Wash when I take a bath and then I apply the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream before I go to bed. "My toes now move. Chronic knee pain has dramatically improved! (2) " Phlebitis on the right leg has disappeared! My knee pain has significantly improved since I started to apply the Tourmaline Biseki EX cream everyday. I now feel no pain when I go up stairs or bend the knees. I can ride a bicycle, which makes my life more convenient. I am now so happy because I no longer have pain. The knee pain often woke me up in the middle of night and I found the knee was swollen and heated. I have had no pain inside the knees since I started to apply the Tourmaline Biseki EX cream. My legs feel warm and do not get swollen as blood circulation is improved. Phlebitis on the right leg disappeared in a week. My husband says this is due to the improved blood circulation.
