"Swelling of the face went away in about 10 days. Fine wrinkles have faded. The jaw line has been trimmed. " I wanted to receive this product ASAP but other shops were closed due to new year holidays. I could not wait until 6 Jan, so I called you on 30 or 31 Dec and you kindly delivered the product on 1 Jan. Thank you very much! I have been using it for about 10 days. Swelling of the face went away. Fine wrinkles have faded. I found a facial treatment on YouTube where another cream was used and decided to follow the instructions. I applied a lot of the Biseki cream and did massage to ease swelling of the face. It worked! I have been doing this treatment for 17 days. The jaw line has been trimmed. It has also helped to reduce swelling of the eyelids and to firm slackening skin. This cream is more affordable than other products. My father probably used this cream about 10 years ago. He used it to ease stiffness of the ankles. He was amazed because the stiffness had completely gone away. He has not used it since then. I recalled this product when I was searching for face lifting cream and then I purchased it. Thank you for this great product.

"Tinnitus has eased. It has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line." I am happy because: I had been suffering from tinnitus for a few years. I tried food supplements, exercises and so on but none worked. I cannot remember how I found the Biseki EX cream. I read a review saying "It works for tinnitus.". I ordered a small pot because I was not sure if it would really work. After using up the small one, I ordered an 80g pot as I found the symptoms were easing. I apply the cream around the ears when the body is warm and then do massage. I think the ear problem is caused by terrible neck/shoulder stiffness. I have been doing this treatment every morning and night for about 2 months. I have poor posture, so I have been wearing a posture correction belt. Tinnitus has eased. The cream has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line. I am not doing this treatment for aesthetic purposes though. I am not happy because: As many say, this product is expensive. I would be able to apply it to other areas of the body if it were more affordable. It would be more convenient if the cream were contained in a tube.

"My jaw line has been sharpened and the cheek has been lifted since I started to used it 2 weeks ago!" I am happy because: I found this product by chance when I was searching for a way to lift up my chubby face. I wanted to find an immediate effect, so that it would work within 24 hours. I knew there was not such a product. Anyway, I decided to try this cream. I was impressed with the tourmaline effect when I looked into the mirror the next day. I found that my cheek had been lifted. I have been applying it and doing massage according to the instruction manual every night since then. It works great on the cheek. I enjoy this treatment because I can see a difference the next morning. The jaw line has been sharpened and the cheek has been lifted since I started to use it 2 weeks ago. My eyes look bigger. I will continue to use it until I get my "dream face". This cream works much better after applying only lotion. I am happy because the skin condition is good. I am not happy because: It is not affordable. The manual says "apply plenty". It will run out quickly if I follow the instruction. I want to apply it to the base of the legs, the back of the knees and calves but I now focus on the facial treatment. I want a larger pot.

"I am impressed because poor blood circulation in my hands/legs improves!" I am happy because: Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered this product as I was happy with the Biseki sonic gel and lotion and the sample cream you offered was great. I am impressed with the tourmaline effects. I apply this cream after bathing and my hands/legs feel warm after I go to bed. I also apply it to areas I have pain. The jaw line has also been sharpened. I think the lotion works better along with this cream. Other comments: What is an ideal amount to apply? I often apply a lot because I expect it will work better. I think I do not need to apply so much as it spreads well and leaves no sticky feel. Do I have to apply it to the face while pressing the skin surface with fingers? "The neck stiffness started again when I ran out of the cream. This convinced me of the effects!" I have been using the tourmaline cream since last Oct. I suffered from tinnitus caused by autonomic nervous system disorders, easily got irritated and had terrible neck stiffness which required acupuncture treatment. These symptoms, particularly tinnitus and neck stiffness, have improved. It took 3 months or so before the jaw line started to become sharper. Everyone says my face has been lifted. I do feel so refreshed immediately after I apply the cream when I have eye strain. The neck stiffness started again when I ran out of the cream. This convinced me of the tourmaline effects.

"My skin is like what I had when I was in my 20's. My face has been lifted!" I am so happy with them as they are perfectly good for my skin and the result is more than expected. I had discolorations on my face and the color contrast between the face and the neck stood out. "My chubby face, which used to annoy me, has been lifted. My dry skin became smooth in a few days!" I have lived in Japan for 2 years since I came here to work. I was lucky to find the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream because I had terrible dry skin. My face often looked bigger/chubby and eyes looked narrow when the skin became itchy and swollen in winter or even in summer in an air-conditioned room, which annoyed me. I found the Tourmaline Biseki EX Cream this spring at Tokyo Health Industry Show and had a chance to try it at the venue. I had the cream applied to my face as the skin was so dry. It moisturized the skin and made it smooth just in an hour. Photos of the skin surface showed how it has changed. I was so glad when I actually touched the smooth skin. Since this miracle experience, I have been so happy to apply it to the whole face twice a day. I can relax as it makes my face feel warm.
