Initially, I applied it to the knees only but I now apply to the shoulders because it worked when I had terrible shoulder stiffness.

You asked me where I had pain and you advised me on how to apply the cream when I called you and then I learned it by heart. I found the instruction manual when I opened the package. The instructions along with images are easy to understand. I started to find a tourmaline effect. I think I was able to apply it correctly according to the instructions. I still have stiffness around the neck. I will continue this treatment as I hope it will soon work. Other comments: This product is not affordable. I would be happier if you offered a discount for the 2nd and subsequent purchases, so that customers, who find a tourmaline effect on their first purchase, would be happy to purchase it again.

"Neck and shoulder stiffness, pain on the back and around the hip and a heavy feeling ease." I am happy because: A friend of mine advised me to try cream containing tourmaline. I googled and found your website. I had chronic neck/shoulder stiffness and pain on the back and around the hip. I applied the cream to the areas and did massage after I took a bath according to the instructions and then I went to bed. I was impressed the next morning because the pain and a usual heavy feeling had eased. The next day, I did the same treatment to my mother and she was also impressed with the tourmaline effects. I am going to purchase a larger pot. What a miracle product! I am not happy because: I understand you cannot lower the price but I would be happier if it were more affordable. However, it is worth the price because we did enjoy the tourmaline effects.

"Tinnitus has eased. It has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line." I am happy because: I had been suffering from tinnitus for a few years. I tried food supplements, exercises and so on but none worked. I cannot remember how I found the Biseki EX cream. I read a review saying "It works for tinnitus.". I ordered a small pot because I was not sure if it would really work. After using up the small one, I ordered an 80g pot as I found the symptoms were easing. I apply the cream around the ears when the body is warm and then do massage. I think the ear problem is caused by terrible neck/shoulder stiffness. I have been doing this treatment every morning and night for about 2 months. I have poor posture, so I have been wearing a posture correction belt. Tinnitus has eased. The cream has tightened slackened skin and trimmed the jaw line. I am not doing this treatment for aesthetic purposes though. I am not happy because: As many say, this product is expensive. I would be able to apply it to other areas of the body if it were more affordable. It would be more convenient if the cream were contained in a tube.

"My troubled knee has got well. I can sit on my heels. Wrinkles and dullness on my face have faded. Shoulder stiffness has improved!" I am happy because: I recently got a problem in my right knee. I went to hospital for treatment but it did not work. I found the tourmaline Biseki EX cream by chance when I was wondering what to do. I decided to purchase it after reading the testimonials. The symptoms started to improve on the 2nd day. I was impressed because honestly, I had not been expecting so much. The troubled knee has got well. I can sit on my heels for a short period of time. It has taken only less than a month! I also apply the cream to my face and shoulders. Wrinkles and dullness on my face have faded. Shoulder stiffness has greatly improved. I can no longer do without this product! I am not happy because: This cream runs out quickly. I have to apply a lot because it does not spread well.

"Chronicle eye strain and shoulder pain alleviated!" I teach how to make accessories. My eyes are strained by the tiny beads and shoulder stiffness gets worse. I was skeptical in the beginning but the symptoms completely disappeared after I applied the Biseki EX Cream and did massage. I now love it!
