"I used it for 10 days but the pain did not go away. I have not decided to purchase the tourmaline Biseki EX cream again yet. " I had medical treatment at a hospital but I thought it would be better to have treatment at home. I purchased this product as I found "76% of knee pain patients found effects." I used on 10-19 May but the pain did not go away. It got worse on 22-23 May. I went to an orthopedic clinic on 24 May to remove fluid from the knees. I had hyaluronic acid injected for treatment of gonarthrosis. I now take medication every morning and evening. I have not decided to purchase the tourmaline Biseki EX cream again yet.

"Dark spots on the cheeks dramatically faded after applying the cream for the first time. " I found this product on the internet and purchased it for home treatment of gonarthrosis. The cream was not enough for that purpose, so I tried applying it to dark spots on the cheeks for facial care. The spots dramatically faded after applying it for the first time. I have been using this cream as a cosmetic product since then. I will apply it to the knees if I buy another pot.

"Symptoms of gonarthrosis/sciatica have slightly eased." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was using a tourmaline blanket. I found this cream when I was searching for other tourmaline products.　 I am happy because: I have been suffering from gonarthrosis/sciatica. The symptoms have slightly eased. I am not sure if the BISEKI EX Cream worked because I have also been having chiropractic/acupuncture treatments and taking medication. I am not happy because: This cream runs out quickly as I apply it to several　parts of the body.

"My wife used to stick a pain relief patch everyday but she no longer needs it as terrible neck stiffness is easing. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found the Tourmaline BISEKI EX Cream when I was searching for a remedy for my mother's chronic gonarthrosis. I decided to order a 30g pot for her and my wife who had terrible neck stiffness as after effects of total thyroidectomy surgery. The symptoms were so terrible that she needed to stick a pain relief patch everyday. I am happy because: I do not know if my mother's symptoms have improved. My wife started to apply the cream as soon as we received it. She no longer needs to stick the patch. The pain is easing as she applies the cream whenever she has pain. I ordered a 80g pot today as the 30g is running low. I am not happy because: As others say, we would be happier if it were more affordable.

"This is definitely worth trying. Symptoms of gonarthrosis have dramatically improved." I had medical treatment for gonarthrosis for 1 year but it did not work at all. One day, I found the Biseki Cream on the internet. I purchased it because I thought it might work. I found instructions for effective knee care procedures, which my doctor had not advised me, and on how to apply the cream in the user's manual. "I have foot pain because I keep standing at work. I can sleep well as the pain eases. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have terrible pain caused by gonarthrosis. I found this product on your website when I was searching for a remedy. I am happy because: I have to keep standing at work. My right knee was diagnosed with gonarthrosis. The pain gets worse when my feet feel cold due to the air conditioner which I cannot adjust. The whole feet including the knees feel weary and pain. I wake up after midnight to do massage to the feet when the symptoms are terrible, otherwise I cannot sleep. I wondered if this product would really work when I found it on your website but I decided to purchase it because I thought the symptoms might improve even a little bit. As soon as I received it, I applied it according to the instruction manual. I was able to sleep well for the 1st time in several years. The left knee felt lighter. The right knee still had pain (caused by gonarthrosis) but it had greatly eased. I think the left knee felt weary and pain because it had to work hard to protect the right knee. I thought 30g would be a just small amount but it lasts longer than I expected.

"I purchased it because I found info that it could work for gonarthrosis. I will use it for a while. " I purchased the Tourmaline BISEKI EX Cream because I googled and found info that it could work for gonarthrosis. The symptoms have not improved yet as I have just started to use this product. I will continue this treatment for a while. I hope it will work. I also purchased the Pure Titanium & Germanium Curb Chain Bracelet. It is comfortable to wear the stylish bracelet. I would be happier if I would not need to take it off when taking a shower. I have not found a titanium/germanium effect yet.

"I was able to stretch the knee 2-3 days after I applied the Biseki cream. " I am happy because: I had endoscopic surgery for gonarthrosis 3 years ago. I could not stretch the knee after the surgery. However, I was able to stretch the knee 2-3 days after I applied the Biseki cream. Thigh and calf pain as well as knee pain has gone. Hip joint pain also eased after I applied the cream. I am not happy because: It would be easier to take out the cream if the pot were in a cylindrical shape. I would like to purchase it again but it is too expensive for a house wife. I do not think 80g is enough for a month. Other comments: I gave some cream to my older sister and a friend of mine. They did not find the significant tourmaline effects that I found. While it helps to improve blood/lymphatic circulation, it does not help to ease pain caused by inflammation.
