"I feel my nasal passages are clearer even though I have just started to use it. " I am happy because: I found this mobile ion generator when I was searching for products to prevent hayfever. I decided to purchase it because it was affordable. I hoped it would work. I have been using it for 3 or 4 days only but I feel that my nasal passages are clearer. "I had a runny/clogged nose caused by hayfever. The symptoms have been alleviated!" I am happy because: The reason why I decided to purchase the IONION (EX) from you was not because of the reputation of your company but it was featured on a TV program as a great product. I had a runny/clogged nose. The symptoms are alleviated when I am indoors. I think the symptoms would have been worse during the hayfever season if I had not been using it because the pollen count was high this year. I am not happy because: I have found that it does not perform well outdoors. I cannot enjoy negative ion effects almost at all when I am riding a bicycle in windy weather. You should clearly state on your website that "This product does not perform well outdoors due to wind". It works for my nose but it does not for my eyes at all in indoors. It is said that many hayfever patients experience eye problems this year. My eyes felt itchy/pain and got bloodshot. The eyelids got swollen. Your website says "This device can discharge when your nose is too close to it.". However, it does not say the actual distance, so I am always scared when I bend my knees because my nose gets close to it. You should clearly state the distance before the next hayfever season comes. It was hard to turn it on/off when I started to use it because the switch did not move smoothly. You can make the protruding part larger. "I have hayfever. I now sneeze less than before!" Thank you for giving me a chance to fill in a questionaire. I had suffered from hayfever for over 20 years. A friend of mine recommended this product to me and then I purchased it. Effects: I have not found a significant effect yet but I do sneeze less than before. Questions: I know the battery will run out. How long will this device work? (e.g. 3 months if turned on 18 hours a day and turned off before going to bed) Do I need to replace the material which produces negative ions? The friend also has the same question. "I have itchy eyes caused by hayfever. The symptom is alleviated!" I am happy because: I read an article in a magazine which said negative ions would work for hayfever. I searched for negative ion products on the internet and found this product. Thank you for your prompt shipment. I have been wearing it as a lucky charm because I believe it is working. I found that the battery had ran out when my eyes felt itchy a little bit. Yes, it is working. I am not happy because: The blue LED is too large and bright especially at night. "I purchased it for hayfever. My eyes do not get bloodshot when I am wearing it!" I am happy because: I was searching for products for hayfever on the internet. I found this product by chance. The positive testimonials made me decide to purchase it. It is probably working because my eyes do not get bloodshot much when I am wearing it. FYI: I always wear a mask when I go out. I have itchy/swollen eyes but the symptoms are alleviated. I am not happy because: The device including the UM-3 battery is heavy to wear around the neck. The neck is stiffened and I get a headache because I wear it around the neck while working at the office. I tried putting it into my left pocket but only the left side of my face could absorb the negative ions and the right eye experienced the symptoms. The LED is so bright that it embarrasses me. Other comments: It would be great if I could choose to wear it around the neck or clip it to my shirt. The LED will not be so bright if you make the window a little bit smaller. "I am not sure if it is working because I started to used it after the hayfever season started. " I had terrible hayfever. I found this product when I was searching for a solution on the internet. I have previously tried an ion cream product which you apply around the nose in order to prevent hayfever. However, it has a fault as the cream is removed when you blow your nose. I decided to try the IONION EX and then I purchased it. As a conclusion, I am not sure if this device is working because I started to used it after the hayfever season started.

"I have not found a negative ion effect yet." I have not found a negative ion effect since I started to use this device. The blue LED disturbs me because it is too bright. However, you can use this product as a mobile air purifier which emits negative ions because it generates more ions than competing products. The LED lets you know that it is working properly but it can be too bright depending on the environment. We will consider a new LED which is not so bright.

"I do not get itchy eyes caused by hayfever and I can go out without wearing glasses! I can breathe smoothly. " I am happy because: I used to get itchy eyes caused by hayfever during the spring season. I am fine when I wear the IONION around the neck and go out without wearing glasses. I also have asthma. I sometimes feel suffocated at night and need to use an instrument to breathe. The other day, the symptom appeared. However, I became able to breathe properly soon after I turned on the IONION. I was so impressed with the performance. I am not happy because: The LED is too bright and it disturbs me when I am in bed. I would be happier if it were smaller.
