I am happy because: I purchased this product for my hayfever but I could not find a significant effect, so I gave it to my mother who had also hayfever. She says it works well. Her hayfever symptoms are better than before when she takes a walk with her dog in the afternoon. I am not happy because: I lost a battery cover just after I started to use the device. I know this is my fault but it would be better if the cover would not come off so easily. I have been using it without the cover since then. [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback.
