I purchased this necklace because I liked the design. I can wear it as an ornament because it does not look like a health-related product. I wear it all day long as pure titanium does not get rusty. It looks small for a man but it is inconspicuous. I have not found a titanium effect yet. I will continue to wear it as it is light weight.
