I gave this tourmaline gel along with the tourmaline sheet to a friend of mine who had back pain. Both products work well but the gel is better because the sheet does not stay in the right position when placed directly on the skin. She rubs the gel into the skin every day when she wakes up and after she takes a bath. Several months have passed since she started this treatment. She sometimes forgets the pain. Another friend of mine has also been using these products. She always rubs the gel into the skin and places the sheet on the area when she gets a bruise or when she sprains her ankle because she believes this treatment will surely work. It did not work well when I had knee pain which prevented me from sitting down. It was treated by acupuncture. I guess the tourmaline treatment did not work because it was not muscle pain but joint/bone pain. Both of the friends have also been using the sheet. |
