I have had main different pains since a motorcycle accident 13 years ago and I bought this to see if it would remove a kneck pain, and it doesn't fully remove it, but I do feel more flexible in my rotational movements, and I used it for some intimate moments with my wife in areas you'll have to imagine, and I must admit it is vey good tool for longevity!
