I am happy because: Thank you for prompt service. The one I purchased did not fit me and you kindly sent me this one the next day. The hook and loop fastener allows easy attachment. This supporter fits me well.

I am not happy because: It has not worked for pain yet. It bothers me to fasten the hook in the front side and turn it around to the back side. I do not feel warm. I understand that it depends on the person but I am disappointed with the performance.
