I am happy because: I decided to purchase this product as I found a review saying "Neck stiffness eases". I have just started to wear it but the shoulders feel better than before. I hope I will find more effects if I continue to wear it. I thought this 12mm wide model might be too wide but it actually looks nice. I am going to purchase a bracelet as well.
