Details about the effects: The necklace and bracelet relieve much of the tightness, pain and numbness I normally experience in my neck, shoulders and arms. I had been wearing a cloth sports necklace treated with titanium, but the chains appear to be working much better.

Other comments: When the necklace was shipped to me the clasp would not close and lock. I emailed the company about the problem, requesting information as to what could be done to fix it. They replied almost immediately, and had me ship it back to them for repair. They also reinbursed me for the shipping, fixed the clasp, and got it back to me promptly. The level of customer service displayed was exceptional, and I am very happy with my purchases. Because of the service and support the company displayed in solving my problem with the necklace, I will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
