Purchase reason: I wanted to try the ion blanket, unfortunately only this sheet is available. This sheet serves many purposes but I would have preferred a blanket. About effects: I have a negative ion generator n now I want to buy this sheet for travelling. The generator has helped with the nasal sinus. So I am trying out if the sheet can help out issues such as poor sleep. Other comments: Will send more feedback after 3 months of trying |
