Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You provide great info on the product. I thought you would offer reliable service. I am happy because: I have not found a significant effect yet but I feel slightly better. I purchased this product for hayfever. I hope it will work. Other comments: Can I replace the strap if it gets broken? It makes contact with the skin and pricks me depending on the shirt. I would be happier if it were more stylish. [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. You cannot replace the strap. We replace it if it gets broken under normal use. We will consider designing a new strap. |
