Detailed review: I was suffering from terrible shoulder stiffness. The stiffness caused a bump on the scapula. I purchased this long ring as the standard length model had worked. The symptom greatly eased. The neck and shoulders feel lighter as I wear it around the neck instead of around the arm. I often sit in front of my PC several hours a day. I often had eyestrain but the eyes do not get tired so much. I would be happier if there were a 36.5cm+/- long Indian red color ring. I have been wearing this ring since I purchased it.
