Purchase reason: With all the fake or imitations nowadays, we would like to make sure were purchasing the original ones. Ion Trading seems authentic in what they are selling. About effects: The unit seems to be effective. They do feel some tingling sensations which I believe is the ions. Other comments: The item arrived in UK defective. It wont charge.
