I was going to buy a titanium product at a local shop. I found the 10mm wide necklace on your website when I did research on pricing but it was out stock. Then I found the 12mm model and decided to purchase it because it is affordable. I used to wear a crystal necklace with 12mm beads, so this titanium necklace is not heavy to wear at all and the wide chain is gorgeous and it decorates me. I ordered another set as I was asked by a friend of mine. It came with a wrong clasp but thank you for changing it immediately. It assured me that this product is assembled in your office.
