Relief from swollen feet, bad blood circulation and pain I did not have bad blood circulation when I was in my 20's. I was OK without wearing socks in winter. I have started to wear socks even in summer since I reached the middle of my 30's. My body remains cold even after I walk and sweat a lot. I am sometimes surprised at how cold my toes are when I touch them. It is strange that I also feel warm in the inner of the toes while the surface is cold. My feet start to swell and feel both cold and warm early in the evening. I have also had knee pain for a year.
